Pie rules over cake. Peach, cherry, apple, blueberry, pecan, pumpkin, chocolate silk, key lime, lemon meringue, coconut cream, etc... - there are just so many variations.

Cake begins and ends with good cheesecake, Entenmann's chocolate, and Black Forest cake for me. The rest are pretenders.
