Pinner (1 Viewer)

I picked up Pinner late in the week in a deep league (already had Taylor and Fason) because I started to get worried due to the Lions/revenge factor. I debated it all day Saturday and Sunday morning, but the pro-Fason list was too long for it not to be the "smart" choice.

So Pinner racked up 30+ on my bench and I missed the playoffs in my main league for the first time in 7 years, losing by 17.

Had Kfan on up too 11:50AM and they still hearing Fason was the starter. So No one had clue.
I know I was thinking the same thing while watching the game, they usually find out stuff like this before kickoff. Hopefully Taylor is back next week.

Even Pinner didn't know he was going to play that much...

RB Pinner Vaults Out Of Doghouse

Tom Powers, St. Paul Pioneer Press - [Full Article]

The past three weeks, Artose Pinner has been so deep in the coach's doghouse that he hasn't even been in his Vikings uniform on Sundays. But Sunday against the Lions, the door to the doghouse opened a crack, and Pinner came flying out of banishment. Filling in for injured RB Chester Taylor, Pinner ran for three touchdowns and 125 yards. The plan going in was to use a committee but the plan changed after the first Vikings drive. Pinner was running hard, so Childress kept going to him. "Go with the guy who's got the hot hand," HC Brad Childress said. Pinner said he had no clue he was going to get so many chances.

Any clue on whether Pinner will get the nod next week vs NYJ, assuming Chester Taylor can't go?
