Ben Roethlisberger literally cannot throw the ball 15 yards downfield in this rain.

*Baltimore keeps playing secondary 15 yards off the line and drops back deeper*

Are they really taking knees in this weather? It's a thirty-seven/eight yard field goal here, fellas. Why not run a play? 

 
Seriously if you’re just going to kneel you should kick now

if you make it, you win. If you miss, you know Baltimore is going to pass and it gives you another chance to get the ball back. Running out the clock makes no sense 

 
This Baltimore loss is squarely on them. Huntley INT going for the score that could have made it two possessions, and then this... puzzling decision to keep dropping safeties back and allow Ben to keeping throwing 7 yards passes and getting YAC.

Is Tomlin really that shaky as a coach where he thinks Baltimore might get the ball back and win? Who cares? You need to win. Because there's no reason to take the knee unless you're kicking it right away. You're just going backwards

And made it. I stand corrected. Whatever Tomlin wanted to do worked out. 

 
Still think it was bad idea with a RB like Najee who does not fumble to go for the K that earlier but phew!!

I know Steeler's are not viable SB threats but several times in that game when Steelers had the ball I wondered I was aware any snap could be last of Ben's career. With that and what was stake, one and one playoff team or not, that was as intense a regular season game as I've seen in a long time.

 
They took a knee to get the the 2 minute warning. It provided a no rush FG attemp. No reason to risk a handoff mistake in terrible conditions. 

 
Probably get smashed in wild card game, BUT!  Ben gets to out with final home game victory on an MNF broadcast, final regular season W against all-time rivals the Ravens (on the road no less) and make it to the playoffs.

All things considered, that’s pretty good story book material for him

They’ll be going to KC.  This time I believe Kelce will play.  Yes it will be a bloodbath but whatever.  Still enjoying it

 
The two Ravens games against the Steelers were just nuts. Both times they were running the ball and there was no rush D. Huntley threw it 35 times approx today ? Why didn’t they run it like 60 times ? Murray was 150 yards odd, and they were going at like 6-8 yards a clip ( without looking it up ). 
 

The INT in the end zone was needless and stupid. Run, run and run if you don’t get in take the FG and be two possessions up.
