Well she's only supposed to be 10-12, so...Misty was/is a tad flat-chested.
Happens to me and my son all the time. He's at 16 and I'm at 19. He'll pull 500/600 Eevee and mine will be 200/300. Same for virtually everything we catch unless it's something we both haven't caught before then I will typically (70% of the time) get one with a higher CP.Has anyone read the rationale for CP. As I said, im with my nephew. We saw a golduck. He is level 15, im 16. His was 889. Mine was a 422
Your goal is different from the app creator's goal. It's getting ridiculous with regards to the Poke-Ball Drain at higher levels.... it will likely be what pushed me from the game if it's not balanced.
I've been counting and it's currently averaging me ~3.5 balls per catch right now (mix of 70% regular 30% Premium balls). I'll generally catch about 30 pokemon per day just based on morning commute and leaving phone open at work. That's over 100 balls per day needed.
Assuming an average of about 1.5 to 2 balls per spin at a poke stop, I'm having to hit pokestops about 60 times per day to not have to spend money. That's a solid hour or two of ball-farming (depending on stop density).... OR I have to go to a crazy stop-laden area a few times a week and spend an hour or two spinning like crazy to stock up.
However, at the same time, each level requires exponentially more XP. At lvl 22 it requires 100,000 XP, or catching about 750-800 pokemon to advance one more level (not counting other sources of XP). That's about 2500-3000 pokeballs required. Ridiculous.
It's pretty annoying... and significantly diminishing my enjoyment of the game.
Something to consider for those of you starting to notice this as you head to higher levels.
Was going to ask about this. When you upgrade your bag or the number of pokemon you can hold, is there another larger upgrade available after that? Same with egg incubators, can you buy as many as you can afford, or only one at a time?I've probably spent about 40 dollars so far (with 940 coin remaining). I have stocked up 15 lures/eggs and upgraded my back a few times.
My guess is that a higher level player has the opportunity to catch higher level CP pokemon. But that doesn't mean you still won't see crappy cp10 stuff.Has anyone read the rationale for CP. As I said, im with my nephew. We saw a golduck. He is level 15, im 16. His was 889. Mine was a 422

I'm not shocked.. I get they're not making this game for kicks. I'm merely stating an issue that I personally have with the balancing of the game, and why it will likely be what chases me from the game.Every freemium app sucks you in early with lots of free and fun content in the hope that they turn into heavily paying customers later. How is this a shock that they found their paywall?
Before long you'll hear justifications of "Well an xbox game is 60 bucks".....
There you go...we can eliminate zoos altogether and just build virtual zoos. No more kids falling into gorilla exhibits!Went to the zoo today--probably a Pokestop every 50 feet. It was sort of ironic seeing everyone trying to catch these imaginary creatures all the while not looking at the real animals right in front of them.
I have probably 170 pokeballs and 50 great balls, I haven't upgraded my bag so I keep having to dump all my potions.
I think you mean augmented zoos. But I dig the idea, yo!There you go...we can eliminate zoos altogether and just build virtual zoos. No more kids falling into gorilla exhibits!

I haven't had a need to upgrade my bag, yet. I'm going through balls pretty quickly (typically run out at the end of the day), and I go through potions pretty quickly attempting to take a gym. Also not sure why you'd need to hold so many guys - I'm typically around 200 right now, sell the rest off. The incubators I can see - as well as the lucky eggs.you can upgrade the bag 50 at a time. I'm at 500.
As many incubators as slots. I buy a lot of incubators.
This isn't a sometimes situation, it's 99% of the time when we both catch something we have caught before his will be 75-150% higher CP than mine. It's only when we catch something that we haven't caught where it's more in line with our actual levels.CP must be randomly generated on the client side. My kids never get the same CP for the same Pokemon. Sometimes the lower level player gets the higher CP. Just lucky roll of the dice I guess.
I bought 100 balls at one point because i was completely out. Resolved to keep a stockpile to avoid that again.I haven't had a need to upgrade my bag, yet. Yes, you do not need to "pop" anything actually. I just x out and have all the items.Have you guys noticed that after picking up items at a pokestop, the stop gives you all the items that it spit out at you. Even the items you didn't "pop".
For example. I'm constantly at or near my 350 item capacity so when I go to pokestops I'll just pop the balls and razzberrys and leave revives and potions. But afterwards I still see Revive +1 and potion +1 in the upper right of my screen. Odd.

Yep, you don't have to pop the balls... just spin and exit the screen. You will see all items credited on the right side. This is useful when you'reI don't even pop the bubbles anymore. Just hit the "x" and it gives you everything, you don't have a choice anyways.

Im only at 297 caught. Thats the difference. I usually only catch things I dont have. Dont waste time with stuff below certain threshholds.73 caught 75 seen![]()

That's the stuff that allows you to level up, by evolving all the junk after popping a lucky egg. Only way to level up semi-quickly.Im only at 297 caught. Thats the difference. I usually only catch things I dont have. Dont waste time with stuff below certain threshholds.

What level are you? You are close to double me at everything. I'm hoping you say at least level 25 (I'm at 19 and shudder to think I need to double everything to move up only a couple levels).
ahhh, my stats are puny. Still Level 15. But judging by the categories, the game thinks I'm a girl.Your medals in your profile.
Yeah, I have that same thing going on---I thought I picked Male, but I have categories like battle girl and punk girl.ahhh, my stats are puny. Still Level 15. But judging by the categories, the game thinks I'm a girl.
