I couldn't believe all the pokestops too. Literally one every 20 feet on Rehoboth Ave.

Holy ####! I tried this site before when someone posted it and it didn't work at all for me. I tried it again based on your post and found like 5 new things including a Dragonite! Thanks for posting this.fastpokemap still works for the time being. Will likely be shut down soon.
Yeah, i saw a venusaur, but it only had 40 seconds left and i couldn't find him quick enough. :(Holy ####! I tried this site before when someone posted it and it didn't work at all for me. :finger:Got an 1100 aerodactyl from a 10k egg. No repeats so far for 10ks.
I'm finally to a point I can battle almost any gym. I've got like 50+ 1,000 CP Pokemons. Finally got my Muk. I'm happy to have something outside of the norm that's usable in gyms. I just have to power him up a bit more and he'll be pretty solid. Not a powerhouse but useable. This guy is creepy as hell to have as a buddy though

I'm mostly there as well. I'm just happy to have something I should be able to use that you don't see every day. The majority of my top CP pokemon are the same ones that you see repeatedly in gyms every day (Vap, Lapras, Exeggutor, Gyrados, etc.). I have a Charizard with a high CP but it landed a bad moveset and gets dominated by all the water types occupying gyms. I just can't use it. Muk won't be my best battler but he should be pretty decentI'm finally to a point I can battle almost any gym. I've got like 50+ 1,000 CP Pokemons.
That wont do much for you out here. I've got 10-15 2,000+ guys, and there are some gyms I can't take on.I'm finally to a point I can battle almost any gym. I've got like 50+ 1,000 CP Pokemons.
If they ever get the trading thing up and running she can have one of mine.Daughter hatched a Grimer from an egg, something we've never even seen in sightings. Super excited, she went to appraise it and accidentally transferred it. Lots of tears. :(
Boring answer but I'd have to say Snorlax. I have a good counter for most of the popular gym guys. Lapras will mow down Dragonites, Exeggutor/Victreebel/Vileplum for water types, Flareon/Charizard for grass types. I don't really have a good counter for Snorlax. They're always a bit of a grind to bring down.VA703 said:what do you guys find the most annoying pokemon to fight in a gym.. ive been using poliwrath
what would you use against poliwrathBoring answer but I'd have to say Snorlax. I have a good counter for most of the popular gym guys. That sucks for her.Rich Conway said:Daughter hatched a Grimer from an egg, something we've never even seen in sightings. Super excited, she went to appraise it and accidentally transferred it. Lots of tears. :(
What was it eating? Finally caught my first Dragonite on lunch today! My son is going to be livid.
It's the weirdest thing. So now we just hatched a 10k egg and it yielded yet another Snorlax. (We were slightly disappointed. Ha!) So our one account now has 5 of them. We found the first one while in Kansas City, while driving toward the Plaza. The other three were all caught locally in our town. (Omaha). I caught two near my work while just randomly checking my nearby list. These two weren't that close together but maybe 10 blocks apart. The other was near our suburban home while driving back from hitting poke stops. I can't explain it.Where are you finding these Snorlaxes?
Ham, one thing I would say that stands out to me is the time of day. Three of them were caught mid-morning around 10 or so and one was caught early afternoon. We have seen three others that we didn't catch. One was weekday afternoon around 2:30, one was a Saturday morning around 8 and the other was about weekday around 8 at night. I don't think they spawn in high traffic times (i.e. Weekdays at 8am, noon or 5 pm.) Hope this helps. Good hunting!Where are you finding these Snorlaxes?
I don't even bother looking for anything on my sightings list. It's too hard to track them down. I just catch stuff that I walk into. When I see something I really want I'll fire up fastpokemap and try to track it down that way.A Snorlax popped up near my house, but #### knows where. Circled the area for 20 minutes and couldn't track it down. This tracking system is balls.
This. It almost makes the game too easy if you are in a large city and have some time on your hands. Since I started using the site I've caught a Nidoking, an Aerodactyl, 2 Onix and 3 Dragonites. I've seen 3 Snorlaxes and a Gyarados but never close enough to get to.When I see something I really want I'll fire up fastpokemap and try to track it down that way.
http://pokemongolive.com/en/post/elemental/Earn a New Capture Bonus to Increase the Odds of Catching Rare Pokémon
Trainers,
We want to give you a sneak peek of a feature coming soon to Pokémon GO. We are adding a new feature which grants a catch bonus when you earn medals based on catching certain types of Pokémon (Kindler, Psychic, Gardener, etc.). These new bonuses will give you a better chance of capturing Pokémon with a related type. For example, as you reach a higher tier for the Kindler Medal, your bonus to catch Fire-type Pokémon such as Charmander, Vulpix and Ponyta increases.
Trainers can work their way to a new tier by catching many Pokémon of the same type. If a Pokémon has multiple types, your bonus will be the average of your bonuses for each type. For example, Pidgey is both Normal and Flying type. Your bonus in this case would be the average of your Normal-type and Flying-type bonuses.
Look forward to this new feature coming soon!

My daughter asked if there will be more magicarp around because of all the rain. How will Hurricane Matthew effect Pokemon go? I am asking for a friend.
Yeah this is freaking my 7 year old out for some reason. He hates it.JB Breakfast Club said:The pokedex is now showing stuff we see in gyms. Speaking of which, we saw a Mr. Mime in a local gym, so he's on our "seen" list.
Yeah I'm pretty sure pokemon from eggs hatches are the strongest possible at level 20 and pokemon caught in the wild are strongest at level 30.Hit level 29 over the weekend. Getting to 30 will be a grind (350k points needed). Am I correct that once you reach level 30, you're catching "the strongest" pokemon around?
You'll catch larger CP ones later on. I've got one with CP 741, and I may throw it away as I've got stronger ones I need to evolve first (then level up). If you're not doing much gym battling (or not doing enough to need more than what you already have), you can wait.Just caught a Exeggute, cp513, is this one I should go ahead and evolve?
Know what the new evolve time is? Before you could do like 55 in a half hour (one egg). Are we up to like 80 or so now?New update out. Main changes are faster evolution time and catch bonus for certain pokemon types based on medals.
