Something wacky going on here. I'm very high on Portis so I may be a little biased, but this one just is a head scratcher.
Outside of the game last year, Portis has scored like 5 or 6 TDs in the last few games he's played against Philly. I'm too lazy to look it up, but I definitely remember him tearing the Eagle's a new one from a fantasy perspective.
Maybe these cheatsheets are still at an early stage though. I notice Jon Kitna ranked as a top3 QB against a BRUTAL Minnesota D as well. That much risk that high QB, yet they are unwilling to go out on a limb to rank Portis within the top25 despite Portis OWNING the Eagle's on an annual basis. Doesn't make sense.
For some analysis, I really think the Eagle's run D benefitted facing a poor GB game plan last weekend. Patterson was just pushing them around and imposing his will early and GB didn't want to test him. The LBers feel like the weak spot in Philly to me and I think the Portis/Betts combo will really challenge them. Washington/Gibbs/Saunders assuredly will not hand off 15 times for 45 yards and just give up.
