Whats Portis's deal going forward w/ Torain probably winding up being a turd the rest of the year? Do you think there is any value left in him? I tend to not expect much of him...

 That *turd* is RB23 in my 14-team PPR despite not playing the first two games and getting hurt last week, and indications are he'll be ready by next week. As for Portis, he could be back after the bye as well. Wouldn't expect Torain-like numbers, but he's more than serviceable as a RB3/Flex.

I think Portis' return will help McNabb and the passing game more than improve the running game. He's likely to give you some flex options, but his days as a strong FF option are on the wrong side of the curvre. Hope I'm wrong, though. He's a trooper.

Hey I am a Torain owner - and not a portis. He's given me great numbers but I just think the Hammy will be a lingering injury and Portis or Williams will take over the RB1 status on the team, even though they prb both will put up RB3 or 4 type numbers. If Torain is healthy he is the best option on WAS IMO.

Portis is on waivers in my league and was thinking about picking him up to stash but don't know if hes worth the spot. (I have Blount Torian or Greene for my RB2) I'm prb gonna pick up portis for the heck of it.
