That is about where Geno is falling in some of the leagues I am in and DX is very difficult to move for a 2nd (from my experience in unsuccessfully trying to shop hijm) so the fact he fell to 3.01 does not suprise me in the least (comments from people I offered him in trade too said they didn't think his knees would hold up).
Time for me to go DX shopping, apparently.

I mopped up in this one.... Got amassing value at every pick...
So you're the guy that brags to all your league-mates about all your picks.

If you didn't know, everybody hates that guy.

Don't be that guy.
Nope, just the good picks..
I don't care for any of your picks. You got a high bust risk in Patterson and Rogers. Michael is going to have his hands full beating out seahulk for a backup job. Unless you own Lynch you may get zero utility out of these picks.

http://football20.myfantasyleague.com/2013/options?L=44599&O=17

Traded Curis Lofton for the 2.4 and 2.16 just before the draft. Also traded the 1.08 and a future 2nd for the 1.06 and a future 4th.

1.06: Cordarelle Patterson, WR

2.04: Geno Smith, QB (traded him for Donald Butler)

2.16: Jonthan Cyprien, S

3.11: Sio Moore, LB

5.02: Jordan Reed, TE

6.02: Charles Johnson, WR

6.09: Mike James, RB

I wasn't terribly high on Geno and thought I got him too high, but picked him up as value to trade. I knew all along the Butler owner really wanted him so I felt safe I could fall back on that. So, I basically turned Curtis Lofton into Butler and Cyprien. We are a 16 team, tackle heavy league that starts 4 LBs so that is a premium position.

I probably needed some RB help with my aging RBs, but Gio, Bell, Lacy and Ball came off with picks #1-4. I really like Patterson's upside anyways.

I'm not looking for Utility players. I'm looking for difference makers.. Talent trumps all.. Look at the draft and tell me who was a better value when I picked any of those..

Annnd, guess you didn't look at the rosters... I don't need any of the guys to produce this year.. It's a dynasty league.. And I do have Lynch..

Everyone loves their picks, Hustler, that's why they are THEIR picks.

Feel free to continue to tell everyone how smart and good-looking you are.

...but I'd say your best quality is your humility.

Those were all good picks where he got them. I would expect him to be able to turn them around for more than he paid for them.

This is typically a pretty talkative league.. And that's part of my schtick anyways.. I was born in western New York.. I'm obnoxious, and nothing embarrasses me.. ;)

Great draft.
Thanks! I was upset that I traded away 4.07 for Kirk Cousins and the 5.11 since I was targeting Denard. I ended up trading back up to the 4.08 to get the next guy off my list, but it still sucks to get sniped by the one you just traded with

Nice, I have Stacy ranked 3rd unless the Rams add a good vet. He's really flying under the radar still. I love Michael, had him as a top 5 back predraft, but I can't wait for 3 years for a return. Turbin and Lynch have too much talent. I can't think of a worse situation with that much upside.

I see the seattle situation being something like D-Will and J-Stew if they don't bring lynch back next year. Hopefully the seahawks will treat that situation better than the Panthers

I was very happy to get Bridgewater at 2.05, as I believe he'll be the number 1 overall in 2014 and therefore a top 3 rookie pick in a 2QB league.

After that I just went with upside. Rogers and Wilson are great talents with character concerns but if they can put it together, they could both be good value as WR2/3s in my opinions.

My first year owning this team that won 2 games last year. Purely for the fun of rebuilding. I gutted the team. Now I have 10 picks this year and 9 next year.
So Don in the NFC lost his pick at 15 because the timer expired. Looks like a 12 hour timer that started at 8:00pm the previous night and ended at 8:00am the morning after? Ouch. I imagine most guys in this league don't have kids or jobs?

Yeah, that's a rough time for the pick to come up on a 12 hour timer, but that's why god invented pre-rank lists on MFL.

Lol. Yes, it's like the NFL. You have until the round is over to send you pick to the comish when the timer runs out. He ended up missing the deadline to send in the pick anyway because the next guy pre-draft and that closed the rond lol. It's inconsiderate to say the least.

The first one is Da'Rick Rogers, he was signed as an UDFA by the Bills. Talented but stupid. The second one is Robert Woods. He's polished but is perceived to have a low ceiling.HTH.

So the NFL team that took a player in the second round and passed on another 7 times before pulling the guy in as an UDFA. The guy that was passed on more than 300 times by NFL teams was taken ahead of the guy drafted in the 2nd round on the same team? Wow...

I was just being a smart ###, obviously. I agree with your take.

Maybe you guys haven't noticed but D'rick Rogers would have been a 2nd round pick had he controlled his off field issues. I'd rather have him than woods.

If Rodgers didn't have the biggest laundry list of red flags of any receiver in the draft, then maybe he'd have gone in the top 10 picks of the 2nd round... which is where Woods actually did go.

Is this some kind of keeper league or a really shallow roster? In all of my leagues Kendall Hunter and Brian Quick are rostered, not FAs
