Pip's Invitation

It’s either him or Purdy vs CLE probably in bad weather.

That’s toughness. From a fantasy standpoint though, can’t imagine he’ll be running much if at all.Being reported that he's playing through a fractured fibula.
That seems less than ideal.
James Boyd
#Colts QB Daniel Jones (fibula) throwing stationary deep balls.
We’re not allowed to film red zone periods, but during that portion of practice today it was clear that #Colts QB Daniel Jones (fibula) still has a slight limp when doing any sort of throws that require movement/running on his drop backs.
Unfortunately, i think yes.Pittman stonks down?
I’m more nervous than anything about him not making it through the game.
I'll argue maybe not. I think its possible Pittman/Warren aren't affected that much. I think it could kill Pierce, but the quick RPO stuff that Pittman gets, and the seam and check and release stuff that Warren gets should still be doable, and maybe even more featured. I think Taylor could be hurt a bit too, just from even more defensive attention.Pittman stonks down?
I'd expect Jones to have more success than Allen did. Its important to remember Allen lost both starting OTs during the game and came into the game without his best pass catcher. Indy has none of those problems.I’m more nervous than anything about him not making it through the game.
Especially after seeing what the Texans did to Allen

Agreed. I have Dart and recently picked this guy up. Will be tuned in to see how good or awful he looks for Dart’s bye. It’s really either him, Stroud, or Lawrence next week.Really want to cut bait. Tough schedule and if he's not running, he's probably no different than most any waiver wire QB.
Got Dart (though he's got obvious concerns too) and somebody dropped Stroud when he was hurt.
Carrying 3 QBs hurts my soul. Texans offense is getting better and think I'd rather roll the dice with Stroud.
Same boat here with Jones and Daniels on the roster and Lawrence and Stroud on waivers. I'm leaning toward reminding myself that my philosophy going into the draft was to take a late QB and prepare to stream and dropping Jones outright.Agreed. Schefter: Daniel Jones (fibula) could face issues with lateral movement against Texans.
Houston's defense sacked Josh Allen 8 times last week.
