Stop the laughing emojis at other people's posts.

Then just turn it off. Just so we are all on the same page, I did not and have not used the emoji in a "I'm laughing at you" way. Look at the posts. I genuinely believed the OP, the response, and the final quote were funny. The first post seemed intentionally to be a joke about fields. Chakas reply was definitely funny. And the third post seemed to get the joke and reply in kind.
If somebody says something that is funny, that's what it's for. It was funny. If we're going to have people just assume everyone is a jerk about everything all the time then just turn the feature off. This is ridiculous.
ETA: it's not like there's even any history I'm aware of with
@Bri where he or the moderation team should probably think I am being a jerk. I think of we go look at my emoji use I've literally never used it to laugh AT someone - which Joe explicitly asked us not to do. If we are supposed to be excellent to each other, two things should have happened:
1. If Bri has hurt feelings over some perceived emoji slight, Bri should PM me and ask if I've got a problem with him (my response would have been confusion, but I imagine we would have got quickly to the heart of the matter)
2.
@FBG Moderator should look at what happened before a pretty strongly worded one liner that, at least to me, implies I am in the wrong somehow.
If I'm that far in the wrong, give me a ban timeout and tell me what was offensive. Otherwise, be better.
