Mahomes is no longer startable in 12 team leagues or less. Prove me wrong......

Doesn't change the fact. Averaging less than 16 points a game IF you include today. Today was his best fantasy game of the season and still didn't break 19 or finish as top 12. He's a bye week fill in at this point and nothing more. Great for real football, garbage for fantasy.

Doubtful. Was same last year. He has only had 2 games over 300 yards in his last 16 starts and 18 weeks since his last 3+ TD game.

Maybe. Mahomes didn't have a lot of talent to throw to last year.
The Chiefs have been banged up and are getting healthy. Nuk is coming aboard, and Worthy continues to improve. I'll bet on Mahomes.

Again, I'm talking fantasy. If you're excited about 18 points, then okay I guess. But he's not good for fantasy and hasn't been for two years now. Everyone bought in on the hopium if Hollywood, Rice and Worthy and it just wasn't to be.
This team is now a "don't lose the game" offense and great defense minded Real FB superbowl contender.
if you have actually watched the majority of all chiefs games/plays....like seriously every play...it doesn't take much to see they haven't been clicking on offense, but you could kind of see it coming....when you lose RB1, WR1, WR2....and bring in new guys...it's gonna take some time and they leaned on the defense....Hopkins is a game changer...and if Pacheco or Hollywood come back....you never know...the d will give them a chance and you can never count out 15...

True, but if you look at his numbers and efficiency stats, they've dropped every year for the past 4 years.
He had 5100 yards and 50 TD's in 2018
He has 11 TD's and 9 INT's thru 8 games this year

He’s been a fantasy talking point all year. How mediocre he’s been as compared to expectations and draft capital to get him.
Lost a lot of weapons along the way. Coupled with the team just winning games defensively and with a gameplan that doesn’t require him to throw up major stats.
As an owner, I still struggle to sit him. And will struggle to sit him tomorrow in my first round of the playoffs. Like chasing the Great White Buffalo. He’s bound to fire off a classic Mahomes game soon. And I don’t want to miss it.

) is the last game where he had 300+ pass yards and 3 TD in the same game. In the 26 games since (counting playoffs and discarding week 18 last season), he hasn’t done it a single time.VikingFrog

All year long I have had to suffer through Jeff Man's on the way home from work how he has to tell everyone "you will regret it if you bench Mahomes and I can't stand all these calls asking me if you should sit Mahomes go ahead go ahead I dare you to sit him"
Then when he finally had a great week ONCE about 4 weeks ago "I told you I told you dummies that is what you get for sitting the best QB in the league you deserve what you get"
Of course this week he has been silent talking about Mahomes. Finally he STFU about how he was a must start for the past 13 weeks.

It has been a tough run for sure. Hopefully next year the pass catching weaponry is able to stay healthy and they open things up a bit. I think this will be an emphasis especially if they get bounced in the playoffs struggling to put up points.Glad I traded away Burrow for Mahomes in my dynasty league this year

I remain extremely pleased with my Mahomes for Herbert + Nico deal.
There were a couple of defensive players thrown in there, but all in all I have no ragrets.

I knew this schedule would be tough and that his ankle was gimpy. Had a feeling he’d get hurt eventually because the rush is getting to him and he extends plays to the last second. Looks like Cooper Rush for me!
