Quick trivia -- Which high targeted WR has the worst catch % (1 Viewer)

Of the top 15 most targeted WRs in the NFL through 4 weeks, which WR has the lower catch % (and by a decent margin)?

Don't peek.

Randy Moss?

Edit: just looked. He's not anywhere near the top 15 target range.

I'm sure alot have said it but its definitely Fitz. It was last week. Doubt that changed even though I haven't looked yet.

Surprised so many got it:

Fitz is 4th overall in targets amongst WRs with 45 but has only caught 42% of the balls thrown to him. That's even lower than TO's 50% catch rate (the next lowest amongst the top 15 target guys).

So yes, the answer is: Larry Fitzgerald

And, as has also been pointed out, DHB has an abysmal 35% catch rate but is only 19th in targets.

The highest catch rate goes to Austin Collie at 82% amongst the top targeted guys. Only Kevin Walter has caught a higher % so far (87%).

A couple other notables: Housh has only caught 29% of his balls

Two Cleveland WRs are in the bottom 3 of ALL WRs: Robiskie at 22% and Massaquoi at 28% ;)

Swear I did not peek, and have not read any further in this thread. Is it Larry Fitzgerald? It has to be Larry Fitzgerald.

I looked through all the targets earlier in the week - the answer is Fitz - 46% catch rate - that's what Anderson and a rookie throwing the ball will do to a stud WR....

With such a low catch percentage perhaps he should attend some type of an off-season wide receiver camp to learn the basics...

...or beg Kurt Warner to come out of retirement.

Haven't read the thread yet: I'm guessing Randy Moss, but Darrius Heyward-Bey would hold the crown if he had more targets.

Edit: I'm surprised Moss isn't in the top 15 in targets, although it really shouldn't have been that surprising.

Some of this is on him and the coaches too. It's so bad there's tons of blame to go around.46% or 41% seem high. I can't recall ever seeing anything like it. Maybe a fairly young Chris Chambers? He had a good week mixed in there I think padding those stats. Wasn't it like 4 of 25 one week or somesuch? I mean...NNTS
