13 miles at 10:04 pace this morning. MUCH better then last weeks poor showing. It was beautiful out. I was out by 4:30 and got to watch the moon set as the sun came up. No stray horses or dogs this morning.
I have 138.61 miles for this month and that is a new personal record for me.
Workhorse I agree with beer that blog is fantastic, thanks for sharing.
Seriously man, we are simpatico. Ran 13 this morning @ 10:16 pace, put me at 162 for the month

Update for the week:
Mon - 3 miles @ 9:40 pace. Just one of those blah days, logging some miles before I hit the gym
Tue - 8 miles @ 9:32 pace. Was trying hard to beat the 9:29 pace from Saturday. Halfway point was at 9:22 and thinking I had a shot, then I remembered it was all downhill going out. Not to be.
Wed - 4 miles @ 9:53 pace. Recovery miles before the gym, lather, rinse, repeat.
Thur - 10 miles @ 9:57 pace. 6 mile tempo run sandwiched in between 2 miles warmup & 2 cooldown. 6 mile tempo pace was, wait for it. . .9:36. I think I'm seeing a pattern. . . Since Friday is an off day and the wife & kids were out for dinner decided to do 3 junk miles after work, 9:49 pace. First mile was way too fast, last two I dogged it.
Fri - SDO
Sat - 13 miles @ 10:16 pace. Just running to run. Checking out a new route for a potential LR in a few weeks. Hilly as hell but happy with the pace and how I felt after.
Sun - SDO
September was a big month for me. Set all PR's for weekly/monthly distance as well as the longest run I've done. This running stuff is addictive
Jux, you'll be happy to hear I have two races coming up, next weekend and the following (both 5k's but a race is a race, right).
