I was happy I read it yesterday. We've had frigid temp's, but we haven't had snow this year like we've had the last 48 hours. It helped me develop a strategy for the week. I'm not going to have a standard week of workouts, but sometimes that's a good thing, especially when you aren't training for a particular race like I am right now. Or prepping for a

Btw, you'll be fine. A buddy of mine has done three 100K's over the last 18 months. He's never ran more than 900 miles in a given year. You will probably go out faster than you should and it won't be a pretty last couple/few hours, but since it's just a one mile loop on repeat you will have constant opportunities to adjust without being stuck out in no man's land.
