**Ravens at Browns** (+8.5, 45.5) 1:00 (2 Viewers)

Baltimore's pass defense has been ungood this season. Part of the problem is the quality of QBs they've faced so far. Another part is that they've dropped 5 or 6 INTs that were right in the defender's hands. They are also kind of banged up - I think Humphrey isn't going to play and Tony Jones may not, either (though they do get Maulett back).

The Ravens offense is humming, but Cleveland's D is formidable.

I don't know what to make of the Browns this week. They trade Cooper, but get Chubb back. And they have the ultimate wild card at QB. Does it lean more Bad Jameis or Good Jameis today?

If this game was in Baltimore, I'd go something like Ravens 30 Browns 13. But it's not in Baltimore and Winston scares me.

I think the Ravens make one more big play. I'm going Baltimore 24, Cleveland 17.
 
Cleveland’s defense is ok but disagree they are formidable. I think the Ravens offense will play well.

Normally you throw out the records of AFC North matchups but I think the Ravens absolutely destroy the Browns.

Ravens 33, Browns 13
 
I think Famous Jameis will keep the Browns in the game.
For awhile.
But LaMar and company will be too much at the end of the day.
At least Cleveland will be more exciting to watch.
But it's close to Halloween so..."Quoth The Ravens...we will score"

Will Baltimore be a little flat? After having a 41-17 lead vs the Bucs before some window dressing made that a lot closer than it really ever was on MNF
Winston will actually help the Browns move the football a little and I could see the Ravens having some problems for a bit this week

2nd Half they pull away, Henry makes all teams look good and this will put the Ravens at 6-2 after dropping their first 2 games of the season
Ravens schedule will get more challenging in coming weeks, they seem to take care of business

Ravens 28...Browns 20 in a slightly more competitive game than some would think

Have you looked at who they've already played? They'll lose more games, but they've already run a gauntlet. I'm not sure how much more challenging it can get.

I didn't mean it as a slight to the Ravens, I just meant other weeks ahead will be a lot tougher on paper than this game
Upcoming games vs Bengals, Steelers and Eagles before they finally hit their bye week
That's why they are going to be one of the best Playoff teams from the AFC again this year

I'm very respectful of what the Ravens have built and what they are going to likely do this season
It's either them or the Bills or maybe the Texans that will face the Chiefs in the AFCC
I just think mentally teams will sometimes play down a little to their competition
I could see the Ravens sleep walking at times today, maybe I'm wrong

Still see them as a clear winner, just not sure they cover the 8.5 today

Sorry if I misunderstood - I thought you meant that their schedule got harder than what they've already played.

Anyway, you & I are the only pickers so far to have the Browns covering :lol:
 
Worst part about owning Tucker is Ravens always go for it on 4th down and short and you lose the 3 pts

Great question and, no. My brother and I talk about every week at it just seems they are out of position and missing a key piece, perhaps Queen's speed to the ball even if he couldn't cover straight up. Losing MacDonald was big but I'm hopeful the late bye will allow for adjustments that matter.
 
DeJaVu just like last year Njoku was languishing with Watson at QB and you get him out of there and Njoku becomes once again a stud TE in fantasy last year with Flacco this year with Winston.
