Yes I know it was mostly garbage time but interested to see how he actually looked, not going by the box score. Did he make some plays on his own and not look as tentative as he did in week 1?

I'm not a homer (obviously) but I was at the game, and stayed throughout the game. I don't think anyone on the Baltimore offense distinguished themselves yesterday at all. That really was garbage time stuff - nothing really eye-catching. The Colts were giving up the short passing stuff in the 2nd half.

not encouraging that his first time on the field in the first half was a completely botched handoff with Flacco. Wasn't lost, but very well could have been. After that he looked about the same. Count me as one who is somewhat dumbfounded by how tentative he's looked, as he looked anythign but that in the preseason. We'll see how the news shakes out on McGahee, as McClain looked extremely slow and undecisive vs. the quick Colts front 7. It was like watching one guy in slow motion as holes would be wide open and the edge available, and McClain just couldn't even get close to getting there before it was slammed shut. Ditto that for McGahee, but he was getting very close several times to hitting HUGE cut-back runs where the last defender would just get enough of him to get the tackle. I remember seeing at least 2 or 3 runs that would have gone for 15-25 if someone could have just broken 1 more tackle (or even just re-balanced themselves).
