Derrick Henry? He had over 400 touches his final year at Alabama and he's turned out to have a pretty good NFL career.I just haven't heard of any college rb getting that much usage. Just seems like a crime to young a man at that age.Someone read their FBG email today

Was just curious so I had to look it up. Barry at 363 touches his final year. Tomlinson at 379 touches. The gut punch though, they each did it in 11 games. Smh. Crazy. Doesn't even seem plausible to have a rb get 34 touches per game. Then the career those two had. Imagine how their bodies feel each morning getting out of bed. Must be brutal.Pretty sure Tomlinson and Barry put in a lot of work as well. Unless I’m misremembering.Derrick Henry? Step one. Spread doubt and confusion. Step two. Offer alternatives at ADP. Step three. Swoop and in and take your guy.@FarFromHome is just trying to gaslight the FBG Home League #1 guys, hoping Jeanty drops a little bit.

RBBC is what I am hearing nowJeanty is going to see an enormous amount of touches this year, very safe high pick with a lot of upside to go along with it.
Nothing to see here imho. No RB takes 100% of the carries so Pete Carroll’s statement is always true.RBBC is what I am hearing nowJeanty is going to see an enormous amount of touches this year, very safe high pick with a lot of upside to go along with it.
Raiders HC Pete Carroll said “I’m not relying on one guy” when asked about the team’s running back rotation.

If you really think the Raiders are taking significant touches away from Ashton Jeanty to give them to...
Raheem Mostert
Sincere McCormick
Zamir White
Dylan Laube

I don't know what to tell you besides...Good luck.
I agree. And even if it was true, who would you draft above him instead?Derek Brown

I feel like its not really fair to throw Mostert in with those other guys, I can absolutely see Mostert getting more work than Jeanty drafters want to see. Mostert is only a year removed from 209-1012-18 on the ground. Not saying he's gonna be a huge factor, but I think he can absolutely be enough to keep Jeanty out of the top-5. I can certainly see arguments for CMC, Jacobs, Achane, or Irving ahead of Jeanty, but its also possible he changes the entire Raiders offense and is RB1 overall.I’m only taking three guys ahead of him in redraft-Bijan, Saquon, and Gibbs.I agree. I can understand people drafting Henry over him, but I’d personally go with Jeanty.

I'm sure I am reading too much into this, but I think Mostert coming on board means they don't think much of Zamir White. I doubt Mostert gets any of the goalline work, I think he'll get a series here or there.Well really he is two years removed from that, or at least will be by the time the season starts.
What a 33 year old did 2 years ago may as well have been 10 years ago in most cases though. How many guys really bounce back from a terrible year at age 33? Frank Gore I guess, but 99% of the time when a 32 year old falls off a cliff, he doesn't climb back up it.
I get what you're saying as a whole and think it's fair, but was just commenting on that. I don't think Mostert's age 31 season is very relevant anymore. He's hit the wall.
I assume you mean of the RB's and not all positions. i would be taking Chase, Jefferson, Lamb ahead of Jeanty as well.I’m only taking three guys ahead of him in redraft-Bijan, Saquon, and Gibbs.I agree. And even if it was true, who would you draft above him instead?Derek Brown

Remains to be seen how many catches Jeanty gets, so it's fair to wonder about his ceiling. Mostert can siphon some catches I guess.
I'm thinking more he will primarily be a 3rd down backThe Athletic’s Tashan Reed believes Raiders RB Raheem Mostert “will be the primary third-down back.”
That person is flat out wrong and everyone knows it. The primary back on all downs will be Jeanty. He is a good receiver and the only reason to take him out is for a breather. The Athletic’s Tashan Reed believes Raiders RB Raheem Mostert “will be the primary third-down back.”

This isn't going to be like Bijan's rookie season when he shared 272-204 with Allgeier. It's gonna be more like Saquon's rookie season, when he shared 352-65 with Gallman. Or maybe even like Dickerson's rookie season when he shared 441-79 with some guy no one will ever remember. OK, I am going off the deep end here. My actual thought is about 320-100.Probably right. I'm not sure of being "not Raheem Mostert" is intended to mean he is better or worse. But Mostert somehow has averaged 5.0 yards per carry over his career. He's also not Raherm Mostert. He's a guy who split 365 to 150 last year with Bijan*BUZZ*That person is flat out wrong and everyone knows it. On a side note, it's a little known fact but, if you look at his long form birth certificate, Raherm Mostert is actually 75 years old.

"Who is: Tyler Allgeier?"
In Bijan's rookie season, Allgeier was a 23 year old coming off his rookie season where he had 226 touches and 1174 total yards.
In Jeanty's rookie season, Mostert will be a 33 year old coming off a season where he had 104 touches and 439 total yards
Nobody knew who Mostert was until he had 18 TD's in 2023. He had a whopping 284 carries before the age of 30. Rookie Bijan split 57/43 with Allgeier. I will bet my house Mostert is nowhere near 43%.
