Still RB1 there by a landslide. You gotta believe he's got at least 1 big game in him this season, no??

Probably so, but how many 2.5 point games can our fantasy teams tolerate while waiting for it?Still RB1 there by a landslide. You gotta believe he's got at least 1 big game in him this season, no??

Agreed and unfortunate because a few weeks ago the tail end of FF schedule looked tasty.Yeah he is going to be tough to start RoS. TB just looks like a disaster.
In PPR you can drop him for Burkhead. I own Burkhead and Martin in one league and consider Burkhead my RB3, Martin my RB4.Am I alone in thinking about dropping him in redraft? Would easily rather have someone like Burkhead.
I'm convinced D. Martin and A. Abdullah are related...had such high hopes... he's almost like Isiah Crowell.... is a starter, on a bad team, dont have any trust he'll do anything if you actually start him but there is a chance he scores a TD and puts up a decent day (crowell's had 2 in a row)
I have both on the same team along with Zeke and OBJI'm convinced D. Martin and A. Abdullah are related...
Nope. I've been thinking the same thing. His output is really disappointing, and having a short bench I can't afford to keep trotting out players who aren't performing to potential. I'd rather find a sleeper and rotate each week if that's the case.Am I alone in thinking about dropping him in redraft? Would easily rather have someone like Burkhead.
I ended up dropping him. I have no faith that the offense will correct itself this season. There's no faith in starting him. Just didn't want to regret it later and have someone scoop him up is all.Nope. I've been thinking the same thing. Miami has given up. I'm starting Martin again. I can understand benching Martin cause he has sucked for multiple weeks in a row but he's still getting 15 to 20 touches a week. That alone is worthy of being on your benchI just watched CAR run all over Miami.
There is no way...I repeat...no way...I am NOT starting Martin this week.
If Martin gets 20 carries against Miami, good things SHOULD happen.Miami has given up. I'm starting Martin again. I can understand benching Martin cause he has sucked for multiple weeks in a row but he's still getting 15 to 20 touches a week. That alone is worthy of being on your bench
Man. Tough to drop any running back getting 20 carries a week. Wow.Tommy Collins said:I ended up dropping him. I have no faith that the offense will correct itself this season. There's no faith in starting him. Just didn't want to regret it later and have someone scoop him up is all.
This is the only thing worth reading on Doug Martin. I traded for him a couple weeks back and wish I had done more insight on his situation. Miami D was run over by Carolina but TB doesn't have the oline to make those same holes.
Good point. Last start for me if he can'tBefore last night, Jonathan Stewart was averaging 2.9 YPC. Last night he put up 110 yards on 6.5 YPC.
If Martin can't do 75% of that vs. Miami, he's toast.
Same issue but McKinnon. I absolutely must win this week but have way more faith in Minnesota's ability to give good opportunities to TWO backs than Martin. Sad.Martin or l. Murray this week?
Seems like the Rams MN game is gonna have a ton of pointsSame issue but McKinnon. I absolutely must win this week but have way more faith in Minnesota's ability to give good opportunities to TWO backs than Martin. Sad.
Yeah, I saw that. I still don't regret it. The TB offense has not shown any signs of life. Even if he does have 1 good game the rest of the way, I wouldn't have the confidence to start him. I've been starting Orleans Darkwa over him and would continue to do so if I had to choose 1 of the 2.Man. Tough to drop any running back getting 20 carries a week. Wow.
Their next opponent just gave up 250 yards rushing or something.
Murray might fall into the end zone.Martin or l. Murray this week?
somewhat amazing that NE is able to make 3 RB's fantasy relevant. Was able to grab Rex off waivers, starting him over Doug in ppr.
Don't think they'll need him this week. Burkhead was critical to beating Denver in that they are vulnerable over the middle and tougher on the perimeter. Was able to grab Rex off waivers, starting him over Doug in ppr.
Maybe, I don't think I can put up with another game of Doug running into a wall and having no receptions and finish the game with 5 points or fewer. TB is awful and Doug sucks in ppr.Don't think they'll need him this week. Burkhead was critical to beating Denver in that they are vulnerable over the middle and tougher on the perimeter.
OAK's D is just bad all over. I'm betting Brady kills them with Gronk and Cooks actually have huge games. No need to tinker around on the fringes this week.
