Yeah, on the team where I have Cook I’m holding him all year if I canI'll keep him rostered for another week even if Cook comes back and Davis gets nothing. After that, who knows. He just looked too good to insta-bail on.
Cook practiced in full, calf out the blue no buenoDowngraded to limited today. Cook upgraded to full. Looks like the party is over...

at this point he only has value if Cook is out or if you own cook and need a handcuff. but I really like his skillset. I saw him early in the season and Liked him at that timeOK I have him, now what?
Agreed on the first part. 17 total rushes with Allen with 10, Cook 6 (all the RB rushes) and Samuel 1.I think Ty Johnson is the receiving guy and the game script certainly favored his heavy usage
Not sure Ray Davis would be the home run handcuff if Cook actually got injured
Weeks 16 and 17 at home where they will be favored heavily. Could see usage there.Agreed on the first part. 17 total rushes with Allen with 10, Cook 6 (all the RB rushes) and Samuel 1.I think Ty Johnson is the receiving guy and the game script certainly favored his heavy usage

Still think he is a strong hold over the next few weeks with them having 3 games in 10 days or whatever during the playoff stretch (if you go through the final week).
Josh Norris
still a Ray Davis believer
compact, decisive, strong, balance
was a nightmare for many fill players and CBs. Broke plenty of arm tackles at the first and second levels
Not for nuthin, the James Cook situation hasn’t been resolved. He said he wanted or expected a certain number. The Bills haven’t indicated that they’re willing to pay him that amount. Those things could escalate, especially with Ray Davis laying in the weeds. I’ve tried to acquire him to no avail. Was mildly disappointed last year as an owner, but still have high hopes for him. Not every rookie RB sprints out of the gates, and it wasn't like he was terrible
With Cook’s production and explosiveness think they find a way to keep him. Just a matter of negotiation to get the best team friendly deal. Davis is likely to be a very good handcuff and may get a few more carries than last year. And Ty Johnson played well last year and seems to be preferred in passing situations. He’s going to siphon off touches. Not for nuthin, the James Cook situation hasn’t been resolved. He said he wanted or expected a certain number.
