I was just offered Barkley for BHall. Saquan injury (and history) scares me even though on the surface this looks like a good trade.

I wouldn't do it, Kee. There's a reasonable chance that Barkley won't be 100% even when he returns and that team is even more of a mess than the Jets. Breece is rounding into form and they are going to ride him now that he seems to be very close to 100%.

I got offered Barkley for Kamara straight up the week that Kamara got activated. Re-draft and a Standard league so dampens Kamaras value somewhat. I took the trade because I believed in my team and it was 2-1 at the time ( now 3-2 ) and I couldn’t resist the chance of adding Barkley to a team of Josh Allen/Monty/Amon-Ra/Jefferson and Laporta. Chance to absolutely smash. With some other injuries building up it’s a concerning time waiting to see how this plays out. A calculated risk that could go either way

I had Breida (he won me week 4 on Monday night!) but last week Gray involvement was not comforting.

I dropped him for Josh Kelley, who had been dropped and plays Monday night. Won’t love that start either, but I think he has more chances to fall into the endzone than Breida should I need him. And actually played okay with Ekeler by his side in week 1.

I think Breece is better at this point in his career. Maybe that's a little crazy but it seems like Saquon has lost a little juice but it could just be the awful Giants offense he's been saddled with.

It makes it easier for me because I might actually get fair value for him. Right when he was hurt and the timeframe was unclear, you would have to take like 50-60% of his value for him. Now with the idea that he's returning this week you might get like 80-90 percent.

Just don't see them moving him.. They will up him, but due to his injuries will force him to take lesser then what he wants.

If he wants to move, he will have to rethink his contract needs.

He will be fine. His receptions will go up and Andrew Thomas is back, it’s not like he’s been benefiting from good qb play at any point this season

The same dilemma with Breece Hall. With Barkley, there's the expectation of garbage time production. With Hall, the defense is so good, that garbage production might be less frequent. This week @ DAL, there might be a entire 4th quarter of garbage time production from the Giants.

The same dilemma with Breece Hall. With Barkley, there's the expectation of garbage time production. With Hall, the defense is so good, that garbage production might be less frequent. This week @ DAL, there might be a entire 4th quarter of garbage time production from the Giants.

Barkley is an will continue to be a more focal point of the offense then Hall is.. In fact, Barkley may get more touches now.

Sure hope they trade him. Was hoping Buffalo. Possibly Baltimore now. Anywhere. This offense is dead.

Just don't see them moving him.. They will up him, but due to his injuries will force him to take lesser then what he wants.

If he wants to move, he will have to rethink his contract needs.

The Giants don't have a choice in the matter given that Barkley will be a UFA. I think they let him walk but may sign him back if he doesn't get what he wants on the open market.
