Anyone care to speculate if/how things will change? Who is going to start calling plays? This could have an awfully big impact going into our fantasy playoffs.

I would say the value of pretty much all of them goes down a bit. McDaniels was known for his play calling and offensive scheming so without that you would have to think the offense as a whole may not be as successful.
