Rep. Frank to step down at end of term (1 Viewer)

FWIW, Joe Lunardi just moved Michigan up to a 1 seed replacing Villanova.
Yes if Michigan wins the Big Ten championship, they will get a #1. I would almost rather see them at a #2 seed in a weaker bracket, but it really comes down to the matchups in the bracket.

Florida is rock solid. Billy Donovan is a great coach, still don't like him for what he did to Orlando but that's just me.

I'll take Florida and Arizona as the best teams. Kansas would be one as well if healthy.

Should be a fantastic tournament

I think Louisville is locked into a one seed and Muchigan a two seed in the Midwest region setting up a rematch.

Watch out for MSU, not a team you want to see in your bracket. They are just thrashing Wisconsin right now.

If Michigan wins the regular season and conf. tournament (UVA too in the ACC) then Louisville probably isn't getting a #1 seed. They certainly aren't locked into anything.

Bracket Matrix has Wisconsin as the last one seed as Louisville as a 4 seed. Not sure why everyone is in love with Louisville. Their resume is pretty weak. Yes, they've dominated Rutgers but they're like the equivalent of beating Yale.

Last 1 is between Big10 and ACC. Wichita State is getting the Mid West. I think it'll be Big 10 as 1 in the East with ACC as the 2. Pretty fair and everyone gets a bit too fixated on the 1 seed.

Louisville is #2 in KenPom, so while their SOS is weak, they are destroying their competition.

They've beaten two top 25 teams on their home court, which meets your definition of a great road team.

Louisville would be one of the few teams I would not want to see in Michigan's bracket.
Me neither, but the NCAA often looks at matchups when setting up their brackets and I think they will do this. If I were to pick an exacta for the finals, it would be Florida and Louisville.

I was thinking they would put Louisville in the South with Florida.

I never understood the talk of Wisconsin as a one seed. There were always a 3/4 seed.
They would have been a 1-seed if they had won the Big Ten tournament. They played the second-toughest schedule in the country and had a big pile of wins against good teams at home, on the road, and at neutral sites.

In case Syracuse getting taken to OT at home against NC State wasn't enough, they are now getting taken to OT at home against a fiesty 6-19 Boston College squad (2-10 in the ACC). Sorry, they're going nowhere.
Going nowhere? Then who's going "somewhere", UF (w/Auburn playing them to the wire right now)?

SU is in the usual funk that any team in the modern era goes through for a certain stretch. ...yet they've won every game even in the funk (so far).
I've been wrong plenty of times. One more won't matter. I just don't see a championship team here.

They looked good against Western Michigan in their lone tourney win, anyway.
