From the Otis fad diet thread

Just finished my first 10k since I was about 30.  63:59 for 6.2 miles. 

We are pretty close. I did a 10k last week in 63:15. Keep it up. 

Did my first 10K this morning - 58:45.  Energy level fine but my knees need a rest now.  

A bunch of us have been working together in that thread. 3 of us finished our first 10k this week.
