Republican Debate - Feb 13th - Trump On Full Tilt (1 Viewer)

I love how so many analysts on CNN and Fox are framing it as Donald lost because he didn't play well to the South Carolina.

Trump isn't just talking to the state with the upcoming primary when he goes on these debates.
Trump's going to win South Carolina.

No ####### way there were that many Jeb! supporters in that crowd without some $ and funny biz.

I only heard the second half but:

Jeb sounded whiny.

Marco sounded robotic.

Ted sounded creepy.

Kasich and Carson sounded like nobody really gives a damn.

Trump sounded like Trump.

Unfortunately IMO Trump wins by default. None of these munchkins are going to beat him. Gonna be up to Hillary or Bernie, I'm afraid.
I knew the reasonable Tim was buried somewhere in there. You need not like him to simply be honest about where we are.

I watched an hour and believe me that these people are insane, except for Kasich.

I believe so, too.

And that is why it is funny to me. Trump has been widening the battlefield for weeks now and his opponents are still trying to fight the current fires (Iowa, NH and SC).

TimBot has spoken.

You and Rubio never change what you say.

Cruz is easily the smartest and brightest on the stage; too bad he sucks as a human being.
His tax plan leaves a lot to be desired. And he has trust issues.
You say this right after you call Trump the most electable?
Yes, Trump is what he is, but Cruz is a phony
And Trump is full of crap too.

Just funny when people pulling for Trump call other people liars or untrustworthy.
I've referenced this before, but I think this bit by Carlin on Trump sums up the current collective mood on Trump, NSFW language but basicallly, he's full of it but he's up front about it so its refereshing

Cruz is a backstabbing, duplicitious ninny Canadian, who even at the core, his most strident supporters must question how strongly he attacked Obama's citizenship when he was born in Canada.

Again, just a guess on my part, and really not a prediction. I have no idea what's going to happen.

CNN trying to paint trump poorly for calling Cruz a liar

And you wonder why his message resonnates when THEY AGREE that saying that someone states falsehoods is an equivalency but saying someone is a liar is "ugly"

But he used the "L" word...

Every election politicians accuse others of "being dishonest" or "misrepresenting the record" etc.

So refreshing to hear a candidate call another candidate a liar.

Who gives a ####...if you are supporting the biggest liar...calling someone else a liar is hollow.

One would have to be lacking some chromosomes if they think that Bush won last night. That dude may be dumber than his brother.

Why does Carson start off each of answers with the same things? "First off, let me say this......"

I honestly am not sure who won or did well during this debate.
America lost
Hillary/Bernie won.. The more this group throws mud and outright lies at each other, the more the Democrats have to use against them in the election..

Out of all left I use to think Rubio was the one to support.. But he looks like a child vs. adults out there right now.. Needs more experience..

Cruz and Trump both scare me as possible presidents.

Cruz will NEVER work with those on the left so this country would be stuck with at least another 4 years of Fighting with nothing getting done.

Trump.. Ugghhh.. As an entertainer he is fine.. But to want someone like that running this country

Hell, I think he'd sell one of his daughters to Putin right now to be his best bud..

Bush - Wants to run on Daddy's and part of Brothers Success.. and as my wife said last night, it looked like he got his hair treated with frosted highlights to look more mature

Carson - Go Away!

Kasich - Dam.. too bad he isn't getting any push from the party as I think he acted the most "presidential" out there and had some very good points.. Seems to be Jon Huntsman part 2.. Good man, but not a "toe the party line" type person so is forgotten by the right.

At this point 3rd party is all that is left for me to vote for once again as neither party wants to put up a candidate I could support. :kicksrock:

I watched for about 10 minutes last night and that was about 8 minutes longer than I could take.

I can't believe these dodo heads were actually up there saying that Obama should leave the nomination of a new SCJ to the next guy.

What they should have said was "elections have consequences" and used it as a warning to not elect a Democrat again. All they did was show that they're in opposition to all things Democrat (and maybe all things reasonable) and that they're only interested in "The Constitution" when it suits them.

I hate them all except Rubio and I hate Rubio for not being quite good enough to win.

This a prediction?
He calls them 'guesses' now.

Because he's 'been wrong so many times.'

Doesn't stop him from continually telling us what he doesn't know though.
