What are opinions on him? How has he looked in pre-season? He intrigues me but I have to admit I know little about it. With Nelson out I have to think that balls going to get distributed around to a lot more places. Is he the solidified starter?

No, but I think Richard "Rodgers" will be a mediocre low end fantasy option.
