That old setup where the picks kept getting 10% more every year made high draft picks bust more often than not, look at last year where the top 10 picks all were excellent besides Gabbert who was thrown into a sticky situation. I know it's because the kid aren't getting 40-50 million guarenteed anymore. The top picks no longer hold out either and that lets them come in and do work. I see the same this year as these kids knowing they gotta work hard 3+ more years before they get paid. anyone else notice that last years 1st round was amazing besides the guys that got hurt.
