ROS Weekly Projections (1 Viewer)

Do any Shark Pool posters use these? They are typically posted rather early on Tuesday, but that seems quick to be adjusted for injuries and other significant changes.

I use it more for my guillotine league than other leagues and the waivers for that league are early on Wednesday morning, so decisions must be made quickly.

I never look at projections from any site because "TD" variance is included in there.
So you could have a player that projects to score .6 TD. Or a player to score 1.4 TD. And that deflates/inflates projections.

Just my preference. I only use rankings.

I use them mostly as a tool for free agents and building up the best bench that I can.

Always chasing points from the free agent that had a big week can some times be a losing strategy. I like to look longer term.

ROS projections are largely useless. 50% of the list could be made by yourself (or anyone) in 10 minutes. The other 50% changes every week.

The earlier in the week, the tougher they are. There's s reason few if any sites do projections this early. We do our best given the limited information and then they'll sharpen through the week as we know more.

Yes. I use them a ton. Not sure what you're looking for here but I think they're incredibly valuable when looking for waiver wire moves as well as longer term moves.

Sometimes you just need a bye week fill in and for that, the rankings are great. Especially when you sync with Footballguys so all the free agents are highlighted.

For longer term looks, the Rest of Season is invaluable for me. Again, Free Agents (or any team you want to see in your league) are highlighted.

It’s a great article I agree, would be great to someone take his rankings into the app next year to target trades. I’ll use this for same position trades but anything else it’s hard to judge that’s why I like the app trade feature which pulls in ROS rankings

This. Bloom is the only set of projections that seem to be curated by a human. They others give off spreadsheet output vibes.

I wholeheartedly agree. I'm sure he's a nice guy, but I always have to omit Tremblay's projections as they always seem to be wildly off base and terribly inaccurate. I honestly wish the League Dominator would omit them as well.

Agree it’s like he does them Sunday night and never looks at them again and even that early they are way off base.
