The big problem in Pittsburgh last season was Ben , they need a good QB they wont win with a subpar player at that position .Do you think they address the situation ( Dont BS me with the accident etc etc ) He was nt better the year he won the SB , the defense won it for them.

Kimo did the Bungles a favor by taking him out. If Carson was still in that game, what excuse would the Bungles fans use after being manhandled by the Steelers? At least now they have an excuse. I'm just wondering what the Bungles used as an excuse this year when the Steelers knocked them out of playoff contention?

Saying we won in spite of Roethlisberger last year is crazy and is just blatant bias. Did you watch him in the 3 road playoff games? He was fantastic, and without him we would not have made it to the Super Bowl. And what grounds do you assume that you could have beaten us in the wild card round? It's not like Palmer has shown he "owns us." Your man Carson Palmer has a 2-4 record against us, NOT including that playoff game.

Come on, switz, I thought you were better than this. Steelers never even sniff the Super Bowl in '05 if not for Roethlisberger. He was easily their best player in all 3 games of the AFC playoffs. He had a subpar Super Bowl, but the bottom line is they're not even there if not for him. He outplayed Manning and badly outplayed Plummer in the two games leading up to XL.

Dude you're crazy. Ben is not and never will be an NFL qb. I bet he probably only wins a few more superbowls in his career. Sure Palmer has never been to an AFC championship game (cough *Ben has been to 2 in his first 3 seasons* cough) and most likely will never sniff one but he'll always have better stats than Ben. I'm sure he'll make more probowls as well <_<
