Really? Who all was saying we were going to 'smash the niners'? I'll wait.

Most people here knew this would be a challenging game. We weren't going to go 16-1, and this is by far our toughest challenge of the year and maybe the only game of the year we will be an underdog in (maybe next week too)
 
Seriously laid money down on 49ers never doubted they wouldn’t cover as favorites on the road and I’m not a 49er or Eagles fan. Easily the free money pick of the NFL season so far.

There were 2 posters who said the blueprint for beating the Eagles was 1). Injure Hurts, 2). Win turnover battle by 4. Other than that, I agree there was not whole lot of overconfidence.
