It seems circular and I'm surprised no one has mentioned this yet. the Trump argument since 2015 is that immigrants through the border are infiltrated with criminal element and even terrorists. Over and over again, even the term animals has been used and ordinary persons conflated with MS13. - So of course that 'argument'' is sloughed off. 

Trumpites will claim though that antitrumpites are similarly walking back over their own lines whereby they say that immigrants are by and large good people and helpful to society, or then why else the reaction. This is the cheap rhetorical ploy that Trump is gunning for, to basically kill rational discussion on the point and thereby turn it into a nihilistic  which he thrives in so much.

Of course they do. But it makes reasonable sense that the majority of those who come on flights do so from all around the world. The main points are that they do not cross our southern border and Trump doesn’t talk about it.
