do you pay attention to football? mcnabb will play at least 3.5 quarters. he will throw at least 30 passes. you will not have a situation like you have had the past two weeks with schaub and eli.comet909 said:i'm facing hass v mcnabb. leaning toward hassy. I see that game as a shootout. While McNabb may only play 1 quarter.
another site I visit (very limited number of active posters--like 20) there are 4 people who have this combo--not because of discussions prior to drafting or anything--just worked out. In my league two guys were targeting the same combo. Just in this thread how many people have said they have these two QB's? Sorry I don't have any cold hard data that supports it--the best you get is anecdotal (sp?)--unles you know a site that shows it?...I would love to see the data that supports this claim.but it does seem that a ton of people have Hass and Schaub...
Would hate to be one of guys who benched Schaub this week

I benched him for Hasselbeck. And the sad part is my opponent had Daniels.Would hate to be one of guys who benched Schaub this week
That's been my motto as well. Granted my backup is Orton so there really is never much of a dilemma. Schaub is putting up Brady 07 numbers right now. After missing out on that Tenn game, I vowed I would never bench Schaub again and he's rolling up the points.![]()
I guess it could be worse...we could have sat Brady....I've learned my lesson... Schaub unless he's hurt... Hass has -2 right now... Schaub 37![]()

It was easier when Hass was hurt...now I have to decide between these two guys each week. Both are decent starts...Hass vs Card and Schaub vs Bengals.
I have seen numerous posts where owners have both of these guys this year, probably waited on QB and took Schaub then Hass.
Well, this week I'm curious what owners will do. The Cardinals have the leagues worst pass defense so far, and it will likely be a shootout in Seattle with some rain forecasted. The Bengals have the 23rd ranked pass defense and have been able to shut down the opposing team's #1 wr so far this year, but Schaub has been putting up great numbers. It's in Cincy with a clear forecast.
I'm personally leaning towards Hass, but his ribs scare me and his OL is in shambles right now.

I have now sat Schaub three times this year, once i was right and 2 times i was horribly wrong. I have lost a total of 46 points this year by playing musical chairs this year between the two. I play in a total points league and i'm 50 points out...i don't understand how you can be baffled. he is not a must-start QB anymore.Hasselbeck's performance this week baffles me.
Nobody said he was, but the Cardinals have one of the worst pass defenses in the league so it was a very good matchup.i don't understand how you can be baffled. he is not a must-start QB anymore.Hasselbeck's performance this week baffles me.
but you know who is....Matt Schaub...i don't understand how you can be baffled. he is not a must-start QB anymore.Hasselbeck's performance this week baffles me.
