Schobel in preseason (1 Viewer)

I just checked the stats for each preseason game on sportsline.com. Unless I missed something, Schobel does not have one stat in any of the three games so far.

Now, I know it's only the preseason, but shouldn't he have something? Somebody out there know there something I don't? I'm pretty high on him otherwise....

he's looked pretty good to me but hasn't played a ton of snaps. I wouldn't even worry about it personally. also, he's generally been a slow starter throughout his career so I'd recommend patience if he gets off to a slow start again this year.

Great, thanks for the quick reply. I wasn't sure if he was playing at all, so that's nice to hear...

I took him today as DL#1 in my first IDP draft. He was the 7th DL off the board, and I think I got great value.

You won't after a few weeks - but be patient he is a SLLLLOOOOOWWWWWW starter - but once started serves nicely as a DL1. Trust me...I have the fortune of having 3rd straight year.

He is a great buy low early in the year. A lot of fantasy owners get impatient after a bad game or two.

Schobel = Mr. October. Isn't worth much in September but will put up the numbers beyond that. He does have a tendency to be streaky. He will put together a nice multi-sack game and then disappear from the box score for a few weeks.
