Scoring Error? (1 Viewer)

I've just gone over the play-by-play for the THIRD time and I'm still coming up with only 2 recoveries for the Jags.

which matches the box-score on Denver's side because there were only two fumbles by the Broncos.

i figured this scoring error would have been corrected by morning, but it hasn't been... am I wrong and just not seeing it? Or is this a bona fide scoring error?

They have John Henderson with a fumble recovery even though he did not play and it's not listed in the play-by-play.

Three of the fumbles were caused by Mathis, Nelson and Ferguson, which is why they're listed in the box score with a bunch of zeros by their names.

yea... count it all up. There's only 4 fumbles, but FIVE recoveries... and 3 guys have their name w/ a bunch of ZERO's in the box score for no apparent reason. WTF www.nfl.com... i think it's time to go back to the classic interface/format
It's time to turn to IDP......D/ST are fun for a while, but IDP brings a much more balanced element, where teams need good offensive players AND defensive players....Just a thought

there was an interception as well - perhaps it is being misapplied?
pasted right from the gamecenter:14 PA, Int, 3 DFR, SACK, 14 DSTPAIt's not going to affect the result of my game now that Deuce is out... but I'm still going to be on it until it's corrected. 2 points could be the difference between a playoff berth and an early vacation. In fact 2 years ago the very team who has the Jags DST this year got the final seed by less than 2 points.

Don't have time to go look and didn't see that game...but could it be a muffed punt? I believe those do not count as a fumble.

I think there was a fumble on either a punt or a kickoff. But if you reviewed the play-by-play for the entire game three times I think you'd have seen it, so who knows? I just remember yesterday that I noticed that the Jags D went from no fumble recoveries to two fumble recoveries very quickly.

the guy being accredited w/ the phantom fumble recovery didn't even play in the game (according to [scooter] above)... so if you have the Jags DST... expect them to be less 2 points by the morning.

CBS scoring took 1 pt away from JAX overnight, I went to bed a loser....woke up tied. Talk about starting the day off right!
