I'm guessing this is a common opinion of fantasy geeks/dynasty RGIII owners everywhere.#### YOU SHANAHAN

I don't agree Griggs, you have a young guy guy who will run through a brick wall for you, as a coach you have to have his best interest at heart, especially a rookie. You have a capable back up in Cousins, Washington should be good for years to come. Seattle is going nowhere, if Rg3 is healthy this game is over when they were up14-0.Bummer... That didn't look good.I don't see any reason to jump on Shannahan, though. A leg injury, or anything non-head it's really up to the player. (Unless he totally failed a structural exam on the sideline, but I doubt it.)
Yeah, you could tell it was clearly lax to begin with. A healthy RGIII's knee doesn't get hurt there. He just stood up.....I've never seen a team take absolutely no precautionary measures like this. He's the franchise, cart him off and make sure its ok, dont just listen to what he says. His MCL definitely gave away at the least. Obviously can't tell the extent.Oh the knee went, looks like blown ACL or MCL.
ToucheNot this Seattle fan. I said earlier that Washington would be up big with a healthy RG3. I feel terrible for the guy. Again, Shanahan needs to be punished for this one.Wait for all the Seahawks fans claiming how they owned the Redskins and this proves they can win on the road...
Couldn't disagree more. He was limping severely in the second half. It wasn't even a hard decision, because it made him ineffective. He should have gotten Cousins in much earlier, because it would have both protected the franchise QB from further injury and put a more effective QB in the game.Bummer... Whoa. Serious business time?#### YOU SHANAHAN
I don't own him in a single league. I love the kid, think he has an unbelievably high ceiling. Hate to see Shanahan ruin him for no reason.I'm guessing this is a common opinion of fantasy geeks/dynasty RGIII owners everywhere.#### YOU SHANAHAN
new here?I think some of you are being over dramatic.
Yup, great offense.Offense already looks better. Skins could have won if Shanny wasn't a complete doucher
They must have known his knee has been shredded for weeks....didnt Rivers finish out a season a few years back without an ACL?Its like they dont even care about it.RGIII is still standing up on the sideline? What??
Reminds me of what Washington did to Dallas just last week.Redskin offensive line doesn't seem interested in protecting Cousins either.
I guess I'm in the "You play to win the game" mentality. Ask Dan Marino if he would have liked to come out of a playoff game in this scenario.Couldn't disagree more. Those two completed passes by Cousins were better than anything RG3 did since the 2nd quarter on.Yup, great offense.Offense already looks better. Skins could have won if Shanny wasn't a complete doucher
Good posting.I think some of you are being over dramatic. Injured players play hurt in the playoffs all the time. This time it worked out horribly for Griffin, but Shanny didn't do anything dozens of coaches haven't done before.
I don't think so. Seattle has unleashed the defense on him. They were more reluctant to do that with RGIII. I think a Washington loss was sealed when RGIII reinjured his knee in the first half. And I disagree with everyone saying it is a given that had he not reinjured it that Washington would have won. They may have, but it was no given.Offense already looks better. Skins could have won if Shanny wasn't a complete doucher
