That's a bombshell that is going to either be reported like wildfire or completely missed by the press.  If 28 CFR 45.2 is involved, Sessions has a personal or political relationship with someone who's the subject of a criminal investigation or prosecution or someone who has a substantial interest in the outcome.

Don't see how he gets around saying Trump is the subject, then, but I'm sure there's a tapdance answer.

Agreed. The goal isn't to have him sputter and stutter....it's to corner him to the point that just becomes silent and then jumps up and runs away crying. Warner is a sledgehammer.  They need an exacto knife.
