"Yeah, they were really good. Obviously, we got in a hole early and with the turnovers we had hurt that. We could have ran the ball more, had we stayed close, we could have ran the ball on them, but they have a very fast defense, has a good scheme and guys that can make some plays.
"We wanted to get them, but we didn't and we wish them the best.
"They're not done and I'm sure they want to go win the Super Bowl. They beat three good teams, us included and that's a heck of an accomplishment.
"Hey, with or without turnovers, if we lose, I'm taking the blame on this one. That's my job, as a quarterback, I got to lead this team to a win and I didn't get that job done. We fought hard all year and all through this game, but I made a couple of poor decisions and in a game like this you can't do that.
"We're disappointed, but we have to think of this as a step in the right direction. That's a great team I played with this year. Everyone on this team gave it their all, even practice squad guys and the scout team on up. It's hard because you put in a lot of work and a lot of effort and it started back in August and back in April and now it's over. There's not a person in this locker room who didn't try their hardest to get the job done."
