Three teams still don't have QBs. We are at the point where teams with QBs take another one to hold as hostage. You make them trade with your or they start Bryce Young. Sweep the leg Johnny...

About to do it just to make sure I'm solid at QB. Burrow, Hurts, and Mayfield all went just before I could take them. Plus there are a lot of players I'd like to look at later in the draft instead of QB.

Yep. We are also at the point where the RBs and WRs in this 35-60 range are basically the same mathematically. Will be separated by 1 pt per game. It's math.

I’ve run and re-run the numbers 5 times and it comes back exactly the same each time: every WR from here on out will score exactly the same fantasy points.

You’re welcome in advance.

Try to keep up, fellas. I broke this down last night and ran the numbers so you don’t have to.

From now on it’s simple:
1) close your eyes
2) Make a random pick
3) Look forward to dropping them to waivers and picking up players you actually like later.

@Chaka

We’re moving again.
YOU'RE NOT MY SUPERVISOR!!!

Twinkles toes as QB1, huh.

Here's the cautionary tale on being greedy and waiting a round too long to take your cube. Kyle Pitts was the siren song that kept this man from eating his cake.
In the end this is a game of mathematics and chicken. Never blink. If you do blink never let them see it. I'd post chatgpt articles on why Caleb Williams will be better then John Elway.

Little bit early to start collecting your money, dontchathink?

Never too early to poke a lil fun at a strategy gone sideways. Better now while you don't have a plan B in place, and before Williams suddenly has some sort of revelatory breakout week 1!

is there a way to back out picks? it looks like chaka fat fingered his.

It'll be interesting to see if Fields and McCarthy get sniped before his next pick.
Meh. Or Herbert, or Drake Maye or Lawrence, heck CJ Stroud is still available. Plenty of options.
Agreed. You take the upside guy you REALLY like to blow up this year, and then you pick a “boring” solid QB a as a back up, who you very well May start. I dig it.

When you wait this long at a position that's exactly what you have to do. People will disagree about who has the most upside in this tier of QBs, I planted my flag and I'm very good with it.

At this point of the draft, for me, it's all about upside.

Same reason I took Olave and the same reason I took Pitts.

I really wanted Olave to fall to me. I couldn't take him over Flowers or Ridley but he was right there with those two IMO. Amazed he lasted another ~20 picks.

Thank God you took Pitts btw. I went in with the same strategy as every league last year - if he's there in the double digit rounds, I have to take him. Anything before that and it's my fault ignoring every single warning sign that I wasted a pick.

His QB situation spooked me.

Oh God yes. It's terrifying. Then there's the whole concussion issue. High risk pick and I question what his full upside, maybe mid-WR2 if things break right?

Was going to go QB there (Dak), and arguably should have, but the news about Mooney's shoulder pushed me to take a chance. Again he, allegedly has a ton of upside and he looks to have one of the better QB rooms in the league.

Almost went Olave (or Golden or Reed) instead Diggs, but i went with Diggs since I’m sorting my draft list by player age

Let me know who you're taking next so I can avoid disappointment this go-round
