01/09/08I have officially decided to change the name of yesterday's invention to the shukewhich™.Also, you'll want to be carefule with the turkey:cheese ratio. Too much meat will drown out the taste of the pepper jack. I'm going to say a ratio of about 9:4 is what you're looking for.

Thoughts on adding a layer of LAY'S Classic Potato chips to one of these?

I think that in a pinch, you could go with provolone and Taco Doritos here.

Shuke you have inspired me to try new things and today at lunch I invented my own new sandwich.

Recipe for making the Mexwhich:

1 flour tortilla (toasted)

2 scoups of refried beans

1 handfull of cheese

1 spoonfull of hot salsa (crazy)

Dude this is sooooo freaken good.

There is a name for this already, its called: El Taco
