I think another thing about the most recent episode is it's the first one in a little while where things start to look positive for PP (if not for Dinesh). They'd been on a real losing streak (I count Russ as 'loosing') through the first half of the season, everytime it seems like something was going to go their way, it didn't. Although you need some semblance of a central storyline to keep it together (something I don't think Office Space had),if the show continues to show the absurdity of the .com/software/tech industry while having engaging characters, I'd be happy with a "journey not the destination" form of theme.

I agree with this. The next episode where they compete with EndFrame is going to be interesting. Richard is a character I root for, but it seems implausible for them to win the agreement. If they win $15m, the whole dynamic of the show changes. I also don't want EndFrame to win because its another slap in the face to PP. Perhaps a third company comes in and wins the agreement.

Unfortunately, even Mike Judge is talented, I doubt the storyline was thought out that far ahead. It was even noted they had to rewrite Season 2 for them to continue to be an underdog story. Could distract from the humor if they keep losing all through Season 3 as well.

I could easily see them winning the contract and then either:

1. EndFrame finds out about the contract being based off of their contract and puts a hold on PP's business;

2. Something/Someone screws up at PP and the contract is scratched/adjusted.

In either case (or other cases), the pairing of PP and Porn can produce some fantastic television.

I'm also a big fan of VEEP. The writing on that show is exceptional. There's always guaranteed to have 3-4 awesome lines/interactions.

Just in case you haven't seen the Hello Ladies finale movie, I won't spoil it by revealing plot details. But, I thought it was a nice setup to the show's next season (if there was going to be one) because Stuart finally got a win.
