The only reason I'd heard of him was because Delta ran a commercial for his new release before every movie I watched coming back from Asia last week. I was already pretty much set to hate the guy. Oddly, I didn't. First song was OK

I was not a big fan of Kevin Hart going in, but this was one of the best episodes in years... Hart was very funny and the skits were great. Really loved the Bieber CK commercials... classic! "My pee-pee is in here"

Hart's monologue from that episode was a work of art. "Absolutely not. This is your journey."

I usually don't care much for Moynihan, but I thought he did a great job selling that sketch.

Che stumbles on his lines again during update.

Solid episode...ROCK was as good as always. Messed up one skit but other than that...solid effort.

Thought this was perhaps the funniest episode of the season. The Rock killed it. McKinnon as Durst, brilliant.

Jost still sucks, and the music was dreadful, as usual.

Agreed that the first 2/3rds or 3/4ths of that show was some of the best stuff of the year.

Rock really is a loveable, down-to-earth kind of guy. Brings the funny.

And when was the last time someone who wasn't Timberlake or Louis CK knocked an opening monologue out of the park? And singing, nonetheless. Funny stuff almost the whole time.

But, boy, the last few sketches were the same level of lame as usual.

And Che's main schtick is laughing at Jost's last joke, and that then gets the audience to laugh at him breaking character. That might be the only kinds of laughs Che gets.

Love the Russian Woman Weekend Update sketch. Glad it's a semi-regular character on WU.

Oh, that's who is hosting? Awesome. I forgot what context "Empire" was in. Knew it was television show but forgot that it was her and Howard as sort of a Hustle & Flow extension. Great movie, IMO.
