Spencer Ware, possibly the new work horse (3 Viewers)

This game gets any more out of hand and Ware's chances of a big day get smaller. West could see more action in the second half. This is the exact opposite game script that most people predicted.

Don't have a dog in the Ware/West debate -- own Ware but still think West gets his as Charles sits. But at least as Game 1 goes so far, can't deny Ware is the way more productive back and getting the opportunity -- and has outperformed West on the ground and in the air so far.

None of this creates absolutes, just saying that in this game and the way it's going, Ware has been the better option of the two and those (like me) who feared more of a split can seemingly be more confident that Ware looks like the better option.

Yeah West is way better. Ware can't catch. West is the stud. Ware sucks. Not sure why they even have him on the team. I mean the Seahawks cut so he must be horrible.

Are. We. Done. Now.

BAM!

What are you basing this on?

stats, watching games, etc.

Ware had 6 catches for 5 yards last season.

I thought you might say that. No offense 99 but  Ware has made a huge improvement in the passing game.

5/24/Td

10/37/Td, 4/24 rec

9/24/Td, 4/26

That's what he did in about 2-3 drives per game in the preseason....dude had 8/50 in 2 games and you're stuck on the stats from last season...I'm trying to help 99 not lecture. Do what you want but it fees like someone clinging to rosary beads over looking at what is happening plus all the camp reports and beat writers in KC.

Read what I posted above, I was blind sided by this from my thoughts of a month ago, I had to have it explained to me from other owners but once I started reading a llot of the press and watching preseason...he is getting the touches inside the 5 or 10, a TD is worth 60 yds in most of my leagues.
6/30 on the ground not great but...

3/82 receiving, owners would like more but 14 so far in my flex, I'll take it and hope this pushes over 20 before the end of the game.

Where's all the guys saying West was the RB to own in this backfield? I remember someone saying they were going to be in here to talk about the game.

It's pretty quiet in here.......

This ones for you milkboy, Footballguys view: Spencer Ware and Charcandrick West will split the work in this great matchup. Ware was running well ahead of West this summer, but West was listed first on the depth chart this week. Ware's 19-148-2 stat line in two games against the Chargers last year makes him the better play and possible fantasy RB2, although West deserves flex consideration in PPR leagues.
Sup? :lmao:

I had no idea he was this good of a receiver
Read the last 2 pages, I don't want to take much credit, it's folks like SSnD doing the good fight in here, lot of folks I respect and have the luxury to speak to were adament that Ware is the guy if Charles is down.

KC likely to lose...Charles will be part of the plan quickly, I just think Ware will blend into the background or just be a 8-10 touch guy when Charles returns. I almost hope they trade Ware to a team like say...Miami who could really use a bellcow like Ware.

Sorry for being a fanboy.

Who said West was the back to own?  Some people said west was better in the receiving game, but not sure any said he was the one to own. I was one who said I preferred Ware but was nervous about West eating into his production.   I was obviously wrong to worry about that

I'd love to pat guys like you and Junior on the back for being so confident in your stance on Ware but I'm too afraid to get cut by the razor blades.  Keep it classy...

lol, i'm an idiot.  Ware is the #1 fantasy RB of the week so far.  I did write my disclaimer that i'm wrong a lot though, so i was kinda right in that i was wrong.

Sorry you're so sad bro. Ware is a stud and West does nothing better.
Not sad about anything.  Started ware in every league.  Advised others to roll with him, just with a cautious outlook.  I'm happy.  Not real sure what your deal is though.  not sure why you can't be right without insulting people.  It's pretty classless.  But enjoy your fake football prominence.

Had this guy everywhere when he was in Seattle.

Dropped him when he was out of football and now this. Sheeeeeit.

I'm no longer worried about west eating into ware's production.  I am now worried if Charles has any kind of significant role on this team any more.

Also 1.5 yards away from another TD in OT. Nice play by the SD safety to stop him.

Absolute monster talent. Must be a headache for owners with Charles etc.

Had the best tape of any RB last year. Small sample and he's still a bit of a injury risk but really who isn't.
