A source with knowledge of the situation tells Profootballtalk Jonathan Stewart (questionable, ankle/toe) is unlikely to suit up for Thursday Night Football.

It's the way things have been trending all week. Official word should come down around 7ET, but Stewart owners need to be ready to roll with someone else in their RB2/flex spot. Stewart's absence would give DeAngelo Williams another shot at feature duties after he ended up with a Chris Johnson-esque -1 yards on six Week 1 carries. Sep 20 - 4:06 PM

looking like Stewart is out. I am plugging Deangelo into my Flex gonna decide between Ridley and Mathews Sunday.

Week 1 - 6/-1

Week 2 - 14/69 TD

NYG

Week 1 - gave up 20/131 to Murray

Week 2 - gave up 20/66 TD to Martin

Over Kevin Smith, Steven Jackson, Cedric Benson, J-Stew. Don't want to get stuck with S-Jax being out. Also, I got both JStew and DWill to take advantage of these days. Week 1 didn't work out as planned, but I am going back to the well. Hopefully that was a good decision-bad outcome. I would hope Panthers have a better game plan this time. But not a game plan that involves not running DWill!

Don't think the Panthers give him 20 carries like Dallas/TB did, but 15/80 TD seems fair projection as long as they dont fall behind early

Did this in week 1 over Foster. Keeping Foster+Murray in the lineup.

A nice performance would boost his stock though.

Over Steven Jackson, Donald Brown, Mark Ingram, Ryan Williams, Pierre Thomas, and Mikel LeShoure.

I started Dwill widely (in 4 leagues) for week 1... and he stunk.

Started him only in 1 or 2 leagues last week... and he got the TD.

This week starting him in the 3 leagues where I still have him (traded for M.Bush in one).

All logic (stewart out, strong game last week) points to Dwill having a good game.... which means that he probably wont.

I'm not falling for this again

ETA: He could have a big game, but after week 1 when J Stew was out I'm going to take my chances with some other guy

Over SJax, Turner, and Tate in one ppr league. Leaving him on the bench in another in favor of Lynch and Alfred Morris. He burned me in week 1, but I'm a fan of his so going back to him this week in at least one league.

See Mike Tolbert and Cam Newton. I want to call it a good play but its still crowded fellas. Just stopped my buddy from sitting Charles For Dwill

im pretty happy with 4 pts from this buster. proly no more workload in this blowout. he doesnt play passing downs.

Makes zero sense. One of the most dynamic rushers in the league. But, replaced by Fat Tolbert? Is Rod Cudzinski really this stupid?

id imagine tolbert has much better blocking and hands. deangelo was already replaced by stewart on passing downs. for whatever reason, they dont like him there.
