not sure about fouls in the scrum, but 80 earned a penalty and the only other clear bad hit I could see was the other Steeler coming in. Those scrums are almost always resulting in offsetting penalties but I think most of us would agree/prefer they get the instigator and penalize THAT team instead of both

not clear. He went in the tent when Philly was down near the goal line, and never came back on the field. But Eagles were in 2 minute drill when his next chance came and usually use Gainwell for that. I THINK he's fine
