Steelers at Giants (1 Viewer)

Nice drive by the Steelers after the Eli INT

Can't turn the ball over against good teams and expect to win

The Lewis PI call was horrible. I hope Cruz is OK, but that wasn't a blow to the head, so two horrific calls on that drive.

Cruz crushed by Clark. Down. Was late and defenseless but only replay they showed looks like it was shoulder to chest.

Victor Cruz's head is apparently located somewhere below his shoulders.

Not really a blow to the head but...late hit maybe.
Late hit? The ball hadn't even hit the ground yet. And receivers are fair game once the ball's been tipped. It was absolutely the wrong call.

2 awful calls to help NYG on that drive. The PI was horrible on Nicks. The late hits was inexcusably bad. NYG got really lucky on that drive.

Can't be a bad call. Refs are always cheating for the Steelers. The proof is in every single Steeler game thread ever.

I don't usually complain about the refs, but jeez.

Why not just give the Giants the win in consolation for the hurricane before they play the game if it's going to be called like this.

PI call was worse than late hit call. In Goodells Regime those flags are automatic, especially for a player with Clark's rep and a team like the Steelers that is always drawing attention to their old school brand of football.

:goodposting: Absolute bull crap to have 2 phantom calls on one drive. WOW. Bring back the replacement refs.

Well Steeler fans, let's just hope they work through an unfortunate play sequence and overcome instead of crying conspiracy and being whiny babies for a decade like Seahawks fans. Or everyone else who thinks the NFL cheats for Pittsburgh. Absorb the blow and move on.

I said it in the various Steeler gets fined threads... the Steelers hit too hard. Not illegal. Or unsportsmanlike. Simply too hard.

Wow. I have never seen a more obvious reversal that didn't get reversed. I guess elbows don't count as being down??
