:bag:At a conference down in FLA this week, but I didn't want to leave the much deserving fans in Steeltown hanging...MAN, what a :cX: showing that was by the Birds. Couldn't stop the run, couldn't throw or pass against the Steelers, absolutely HORRIBLE.Well, you have to give credit where credit is due, the Steelers beat the two consensus "best teams," one from each conference in about as convincing a manner as humanly possible.Hopefully we'll see them again in Jacksonville.Congrats again:bag:

Sorry Jason, but I gotta call BS on this.Does anybody remember who went completely AWOL from the boards after the Panthers spanked the Beagles - the last time they lost?It was Wood.Lurking with your alias to avoid having to show the signature? C'mon. Sack up and pay up. Your contribution to the sharktank is second to none. I'd pay to subscribe to an FFL service if it was your Mort-like knowledge that was spillin'. But this disappearing act after any Eagle loss has got to be overcome!

Whether he's doing that or not is irrelevant. All you have to do is bump old threads he posted in. Once you change the sig, it changes it on every post you've ever made, I'm pretty sure.
 
By my count, the following Eagle supporters have yet to adopt their new sig :ZOONATIONPHILLY HAWKOTISHYDROXYBEARPlease feel free to hunt these people down on the boards and harrass them into putting the sig on, otherwise it isn't fair to everyone else who sacked up and applied it.

right you are. works like magic.As one who got banned for using a slur against homosexuals (or at least I have to assume that's what it was since Shick refused to tell me), it blows my mind to see a signature bet which contains a slur against the ######ed. I might as well follow Shick's advice:"There's nothing to clarify. There's no due process. There's no appeal. If you're not happy with that, I suggest you find another message board to frequent."

LOL...I appreciate the conspiracy theory but honestly, I was down in FLA for a Mercury Interactive User Conference and got back today. And, while other staff members may (or may not) make liberal use of aliases (pl?), I'm don't use them.I'm back now, and stand by my congratulations to the :stillers:

How long do you give people before you officially call them out for welshing.This is my first sig bet, so if I am being Gestapo-like, sorry. I also am getting a lot of joy out of seeing people posting with this sig in different threads, always quoting them and saying "Nice sig, by the way..." Hasn't gotten old yet. I guess I am a :nerd: :stillers:

Hey Evil,I think you have to balance the frequency in which someone posts generally with how long it's taken for them to respond. Give a look at whether the four have posted in threads this week without checking in here...

Otis has been contacted...if the others have posted this week at all, someone PM me and I'll contact them directly as well. A bet is a bet, people have to pay up or agree to lose posting privs until the bet time horizon has passed.

Hydroxybear has been removed.I saw Otis floating around in the ridiculous Reshard Lee thread and called him out on that board asking him to post the sig and hee ignored me. He's who I am referring to, and my thanks to Woodrow for being a stand-up guy and dropping the hammer of justice on him should he fail to pay up.I haven't seen the other two posting anywhere so I guess they decided to take a vacation to avoid using the sig. :D

No need to drop the "hammer of justice" - I wasn't avoiding it, just more lazy than anything else (it took me a while to figure out how I was supposed to include the sig into my signature, copying and pasting someone else's sig didn't quite cut it).Stupid Eagles. I'm not even a freakin Eagles fan, I just think T.O. is the man, and now I am the subject of "wanted" posters.I need a new team...
