I appreciate your due diligence.

Any reason for DFS to be tanking so hard?  It's down like 20% in 10 days.  I don't know anything, but based on the chart it looks like it might bounce a little from here.

Soft consumer and employment numbers, most likely.  I have roughly a double on it, so no complaints about the recent pullback.

Just took some gains on some higher flyers that aren't long term holds for me. Nice to lock in the $. Will redeploy in some lower flyers/long term holds before long.

A broad pullback would be great right now in case anyone at WSB is listening.

Would love to hear an elevator pitch for SE?
It generates a ton of cash from one of the world’s most popular games: Free Fire. That’s their game but they also get first shot at distributing other games in SE Asia. The profits from this game are enabling them to grow their e-commerce and fintech platforms without taking on crazy debt. Free Fire is a cash cow. SE’s Shopee just dominates everywhere it goes. They have banking licenses in Singapore and Indonesia.

I mean, if you think e-commerce, fintech, and video games are a thing and SE Asia and Brazil are up and coming than you might wanna look into SE.

Thinking about some NGAWS. $8.75-ish. $11.50 exercise price. NGA current price is $26.35. Has hit $35.

Merger expected Q1 (last date I heard was "Some time in February").

Sold BLPG at .0033 for a loss of around 15%. Sick of looking at it and wanted some dry powder in case SFIO dips.
I went the opposite direction as I keep buying to average down. I own 750,000 shares and a tiny part of me wants it to drop one more time so that I can get to the chet-cumulation of 1 million shares. Most of me, though, wants it to go to a buck.

I understood none of this.

IN!

I have an old trading account in TD that I haven't used in 5+ years as everything is now in IRA accounts, but from time to time I take a peak and look and see how old penny stocks are performing of which I still have 1 share of. Most of them are usually down 99+% but I saw one named BCAP that was up 42% today. I did some quick research and some folks think an $8 billion Southeast Asia company is assuming the shell while others think that was just a misinterpretation. I bought 500,000 at .001 just in case.

Even on a great day, Bezo's denies you 10%.

Glad I didn't go to 50%+ cash because of 'frothiness"
Yeah, I think I’m slightly under 10% cash now (most in my taxable account), which is probably a happy area of having cash for any emergency/college payments or to take advantage of a dip. There are some stocks that I probably should have trimmed (and reinvested) a couple weeks ago because they were obviously at ATHs but going to 50-80% cash is timing the market. I have a hard time buying stuff I sold at higher prices (effin FLGT) so I don’t want to be timing jumping back in.
