Bought another $1000.00 worth of CYDY at $6.10 during the slide today.  My first purchase of the stock over $2.  Was going to put the 1k into something else like Delta or Disney but still feel the upside for CYDY at ~$6 is worth the risk vs return I get in the others.

Man I first read that number as $100K

Why do you like them in particular? Just the dividend? I've been slowly adding some utilities.
Todem recommended it.  Seems to be a stable utility, nice dividend.  Utilities have been whacked lately, which is opposite of what normally happens - they're usually the port in a storm.  But since they're dipping a bit seems a good time to pick off one or two of them.

So today I let go CCL and MGM.  Overall slightly up since I had a chunk of CCL at a profit.  Picked up a bit of SE and SPOT.  Nothing huge, just dabbled at the close with that big drop in the market.

Can someone find out what he is owed and what he currently owns? Should be public information.
Most recent info i could find.

"A regulatory filing posted on Thursday, April 30, disclosed the potential sale of up to ~46.4M common shares by current investors, including 2.0M shares by Mr. Pourhassan pursuant to warrant exercises. He also apparently plans to sell an additional 2.8M shares, according to Mr. Feuerstein,  trimming his ownership stake by half (he owns 317,417 shares outright and owns options on another 6,379,000. His spouse owns 15,700)."

I wriggled out of TZA with a 3.4% return. Will revisit a little closer to earnings season.

@BassNBrew @icon You guys still in TZA, or anyone else?

I currently have my limit sell set at $24.
I sold at the bell for a 3.4% return.

I'm still heavy in BZQ and sold off 10% of my stake there at close.  Heart of the winter there and the president report COVID positive today.

Added some NRGU late today which is the bull 3x oil fund.  I've taken a beating there and have been DCA down and flipping some here and there to dead the blow.

The same share amounts are traded 3 times.  So my guess is that a trade was accidentally entered wrong at $6.99 instead of $6.09.  So they then reversed the trade at $6.99.  And put the real trade in at $6.09.
lol 600k shares?  you dont fat finger price on 600k shares

CytoDyn’s Leronlimab Prevents Transmission of SHIV in Macaque Study

Results of preclinical study presented today in oral presentation at the 23rd International AIDS Conference (AIDS 2020)

VANCOUVER, Washington, July 07, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CytoDyn Inc. (OTC.QB: CYDY), (“CytoDyn” or the “Company"), a late-stage biotechnology company developing leronlimab (PRO 140), a CCR5 antagonist with the potential clinical indications for HIV, COVID-19, cancer, GvHD and NASH announced today the results from a preclinical macaque study evaluating leronlimab as pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) to prevent sexual HIV transmission. The study evaluated the impact of a macaque-equivalent dose of either 350 mg (once weekly) or 700 mg (bi-monthly) leronlimab on acquisition of infection in a total of 18 animals, and found that the equivalent 700 mg bi-monthly leronlimab dose completely prevented rectal transmission of Simian-Human Immunodeficiency Virus (SHIV) in macaques. These results were presented today in an oral presentation titled “CCR5 antibody blockade protects rhesus macaques from rectal SHIV acquisition" at the 23rd International AIDS Conference (AIDS 2020).

“The results reported here in the preclinical macaque model of HIV sexual transmission support leronlimab as a possible PrEP agent at a time when long-acting human HIV PrEP options are limited,” said Dr. Jonah Sacha, Professor at Oregon Health & Science University, and the study’s lead investigator.

“We are eager to build upon these preclinical results describing leronlimab’s utility in HIV prevention by initiating clinical studies for leronlimab as a PrEP treatment. Current PrEP options require a continued daily dosing regimen in order to be effective and are inherently difficult to maintain in the long-term,” said Nader Pourhassan, Ph.D., President and Chief Executive Officer of CytoDyn. “Coupled with its safety profile, leronlimab could offer a much needed simple and long-lasting preventative treatment option for people at risk of HIV infection,” concluded Dr. Pourhassan.

So leronlimab might be able to be used as prophylaxis to prevent HIV and Covid infections?  I remember Bruce Patterson saying awhile ago that no one in the HIV trials had become infected with Covid.  I wonder if that is still true?

Covid??  No.  Pretty sure no. But maybe.  But not likely.

Saying I am fairly certain that leronlimab, as great as it may be, will not prevent you from getting Covid.
How would you explain the fact that no HIV users have contracted the virus?

eta- if true, I see no other explanation

How'd you end up on this? I might have missed a few of the points inbetween.
Very small profit (at least relative to where it once sat).  Had 915 warrants at a cost basis of $18.8.  Ended up selling at $20.16.  They were as high as $41.

So basically had a $1,200 profit that was at one point sitting at $20k.  Damn I hadn't run the numbers before now.  My wife is going to be giving me a big fat I told you so since she wanted me to sell half at $35.  I will just tell her don't worry baby, we still have Lebronlimeade.

My workplace is looking at ordering cameras for people to participate in video teleconferences from home. Seems there's a three-month wait for cameras, and I've encountered delays getting other electronic items.

Wondering if Logitech is a good play for the next few months.

Been Gone 10 years or so.  So I missed the CYDY fun.  Havnt been doing much stocks but...

Old position im down in CRON.  Like the day after I bought some company invested 12 billion in them.  Tripled up, but I was hanging on for the grandslam.  still holding 250 shares at $7.94.

Just purchased...

CHWY - I just believe in the company and think maybe amazon buys them someday.  250 shares @ $45.80

BRPHF - flyer 4000 shares @ 1.27

I had two choices on Friday afternoon at 3pm in Seaside, OR:  Doc or Snooks.  Those were the two.  And when I called Snooks and listened to his rambling VM message about how the Covid has caused all sorts of ruckus to his business, I decided to give Doc the business.

Moral of the story is, don't have a family.
That's what you get for going to Seaside.

Quicken Loans just filed IPO paperwork.  No date or price available yet.
I'm in the industry and heard that they got CRUSHED with margin calls in April. Though Quicken does a lot of loans, they don't seem to have a ton of repeat business because their loan officers for the most part are terrible and they have stupid high fees. They do a lot of wholesale business as well though.

I'm sure it'll run up after IPO but not a company I want long term. Kinda goes back to our AT&T vs Verizon discussion from a few weeks ago. They're AT&T in this example.
