Agreed. I will be watching. At $6 a share, I could sell half and be playing with house money with the other half. Don’t want to miss great results though. If it got close to $10, I’d think about selling 75% for a really nice profit and let the rest keep running. I’m up a nice amount right now but willing to play for another pop. Just feel like I need to be smarter than last run up.

I think everyone still in after the short attack on the 29th realizes this thing has a good chance of going back to $1.
It's boom or bust. Of course people will talk about the boom only. No one yells for "22" or for "don't pass" at a table.
If you're up from the <$1 and still nervous, why don't you just sell whatever will make comfortable again? Seems like you're trying to convince yourself to stay in.

So not trying to pick a thing here but why not just sell? This is obviously stressing you out and making you uncomfortable. You’re up big if you bought that cheap so why not cash out? Doesn’t make sense.

What is a slam dunk here? Say 60 patients receive the drug & 30 receive the placebo.
If you really want a read on how good the results are, what type of outcome comes from this first sample?
Like if all of the 60 are discharged and none go back to the hospital, sure slam dunk, but what’s a reasonable expectation here? THIS is something we should discuss, but I’m just a big scared idiot, apparently.
