For those of you with a roster spot decision regarding a player who may or may not play (the dreaded game time decision), put him in flex if you can.
This is especially advisable if you can make last minute changes.
The reasoning is this - if you hear that LaMont Jordan (on a BYE I know, just picking a name) is on the inactive list at 12:30 Eastern, you can make a switch to another FLEX.
Even more important - if the player is in a late game (like Westbrook at 4PM this week), put him in your flex. That way, you can make switches up until kickoff if your league rules allow.
I've learned this one the hard way over the years, and it really only matters if you can make late switches AND you have a player that will be playing later.
Even if you hate the matchup of Mike Bell vs. NE this week, if you hear later on Sunday that one of your RBs is out, a few points are better than nothing.
