I would agree. It peaks at the end of season 3 with the resolution of "the Carver" plotline. From there on the show just fell victim to its own formula of repeatedly pushing the envelope as far as possible. The final few seasons are just laughably outrageous (and not in a good way.)Exactly. Great series while it lasted.I watched I think the first 4 seasons. It's pretty good. I think the biggest reason I lost interest at that point was because it was becoming more and more ridiculous/outlandish/unbelievable (much more than the first couple seasons).I also just started Season 1 of Nip/Tuck. I loved the first few episodes but I noticed it has a poor Netflix rating. I don't want spoilers, of course, but does it drop off significantly from the beginning? I'd hate to invest a lot of time in the series just to be disappointed later.
